Global distributors and corporate procurement entities are responsible for verifying specific country-level vehicle homologation, licensing, and import tariffs in their destination jurisdictions (e.g., L3e category in Europe, DOT/FMVSS requirements in North America, or local EV compliance certificates). DAB Motors provides technical compliance documentation and Certificates of Conformity (CoC) where standard European regulatory frameworks apply.
2.2 Pricing, Taxes, & International Customs
Unless specifically designated under agreed Incoterms (such as DDP or CIF), all international commercial offers are stated Ex-Works (EXW - DAB Motors Manufacturing Facility, France) or Free Carrier (FCA). International buyers are liable for import duties, local value-added taxes (VAT), harbor fees, customs brokerage, and local EV registration compliance.
3. Manufacturing Standards, Specifications & Customization
Every DAB Motors electric motorcycle is crafted using high-grade automotive materials, advanced lithium battery management systems (BMS), and precision structural engineering. Because DAB Motors offers bespoke configuration options via the Custom Studio:
- Technical Variations: Minor dimensional, surface finish, or technical enhancements may occur as part of continuous engineering optimization without prior notification.
- Custom Orders: Bespoke build configurations, brand collaboration editions, and tailored colorways confirmed by invoice are non-cancellable once assembly or component procurement has commenced.
4. Warranty Policy & After-Sales Global Framework
DAB Motors backs its engineering integrity with a comprehensive manufacturer warranty designed for international reliability.

Unauthorized duplication, reverse engineering of proprietary EV powertrains, unauthorized commercial re-branding, or distribution of media for unapproved commercial marketing is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from DBMC SAS legal counsel.
6. Limitation of Liability & Use Standards
DAB Motors shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper vehicle modification, unapproved third-party software tuning of the Motor Controller Unit (MCU), racing misuse, or failure to follow prescribed maintenance intervals defined in the official Owner's Manual.
Commercial operators and individual riders must operate DAB electric motorcycles within legal speed regulations, equipped with proper protective equipment, and in accordance with local traffic legislation.
7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, along with all commercial supply contracts executed with DAB Motors, are governed exclusively by the substantive laws of France, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. Any legal action, commercial dispute, or arbitration arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of France.
